Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZorroFlow Mail platform and API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing content, or any material that promotes illegal activities. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately suspended without refund.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

3. Service Availability & SLA

For Pro and Enterprise plans, we offer a 99.9% Uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA). While we strive to keep the Service available 24/7, we are not liable for any downtime caused by factors outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet backbone failures, or denial of service attacks.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZorroFlow Mail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
